Printer Driver install error

Printer Driver install error

I am getting the following error message during install of printer driver in Windows/XP

"This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor"

Has anybody experienced this problem?

You are using the wrong version of the printer driver. If you selected the 32-bit originally, you should select the 64-bit instead or vice versa depending upon which one you picked initially.
